Twitter introduced several new Twitter lengthening features last Thursday, and it also paved the way for more creativity on the 8-year-old platform. Instead of limiting Tweets to one photo per Tweet, users may now select up to four photographs to Tweet out at once. Twitter is calling this new capability “making a Twitter collage”.
Of course, the first step is updating your application on your iPhone. From there, select four fun photographs, or take four in succession, to post to Twitter. They will then show up in a 2×2 grid. In addition, you can also tag friends in the Tweets, if that option is available to you. The tagging is being slowly rolled out, so you may not see it immediately.
What creative way will you utilize Twitter’s new features?
